Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Soflyt offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No standard shipping charge is added to eligible UK orders at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed. This overall estimate includes order processing, handling and shipping transit time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Processing and handling are included in the overall 3–7 business day delivery estimate. Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

No. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, supplier handling, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns period?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact Soflyt before sending an item back so that we can review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.

How are refunds processed?

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for Soflyt to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
