Payment Policy

At SOFLYT, we aim to make checkout clear and straightforward. This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled when you place an order with us.

Payment Methods

SOFLYT accepts the payment methods displayed as available during Shopify checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location, device, checkout eligibility, and the payment providers available to you.

Please review the payment options shown at checkout before completing your order. We do not list a payment method as available unless it is presented to you during checkout.

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout. SOFLYT does not ask customers to send complete credit or debit card details by email.

For your security, only enter payment information through the checkout process provided on our website or through the relevant payment provider.

Payment Authorization

Your payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order may not be confirmed.

Order Confirmation

After a successful payment and order submission, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Payment Issues

If you experience a payment problem, please contact us at support@Soflyt.shop. Please do not send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment information by email.

Payment Provider Availability

Some payment methods, including digital wallets or instalment services, may only be available to eligible customers and may be subject to the requirements of the relevant payment provider. The payment options displayed to you at checkout will determine which methods are available for your order.
